售后/應用技術工程師/Technical Support Engineer

負責中國地區的售后服務、設備安裝以及技術支持，公司提供培訓上崗

Be responsible of the after-sales service, installation, technical support and relevant troubleshooting. Training is available after boarding.

職位描述/Position description：

1、  主要負責國外設備在國內的安裝項目、包括制定安裝調試計劃進度表和現場調試方法；

Main responsibility is the installation project of the imported instruments, including installation&commissioning schedule and the installation&commissioning on site.

2、  負責現場安裝、調試進度的執行；

To execute the installation&commissioning on site.

3、  負責產品的售后服務方案的確定和實施；

Be responsible of the service programme and execution of the instruments after sales.

4、  負責產品的質量問題反饋和客戶投訴反饋；

Be responsible of the feedback of the instruments quality/performance and the customers’ complaints.

5、  負責產品的技術資料管理和信息反饋；

Be responsible of the management of technical documents of instruments and information feedback.

6、  負責產品的現場和售后培訓工作。

Be responsible of the customers’ training of relevant instruments after sales on site.

崗位要求/position requirement：

1、  碩士及以上學歷，機電、機械、電子、測控、儀器儀表、材料、力學、物理等相關專業；

At least master education degree majored at relevant engineering of Electrical-mechanical, Electrics, measurement&Control, Instrument&device, Materials science, Mechanics, physicals etc..

2、  良好的英語聽、說、讀、寫能力；

Good English ability in oral, speaking, reading and writing.

3、  適應頻繁出差。

Can travel for business often.
